1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to jomkiss, an online gaming platform offering a wide variety of digital entertainment games to users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and jomkiss as the platform operator.

The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, an active phone number, and a strong password. jomkiss reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including a copy of your ID, passport, or other official documents for account verification purposes.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a Malaysian national ID (MyKad), a valid passport, and supporting documents such as a bank statement or utility bill for address verification. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

3 User Account & Responsibilities

Each user is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account, including their password, login credentials, and all activity that occurs under that account.

One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the jomkiss platform. Owning or using more than one account, whether in your own name or another person's, is a serious violation and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

Password Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and must not share it with anyone. jomkiss will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user disclosing their password to a third party. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jomkiss supports a variety of secure and convenient local payment methods for Malaysian users, including online bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost, as well as other modern payment methods.

Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must originate from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your jomkiss account within 1 to 5 minutes.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the bank account or digital wallet registered in the user's account profile.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 3 to 10 minutes upon successful verification.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Jomkiss reserves the right to request proof of source of funds before approving large withdrawal requests.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Jomkiss offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and special festive promotions. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that will be stated in the relevant promotion details.

Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

Bonuses credited to your account must meet the minimum wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Permitted Bonus Usage

6 Game Rules and Result Integrity

All games offered on the jomkiss platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently tested and certified by recognised third-party bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

Game Results Are Final

Once a game concludes and the result is recorded by the jomkiss system, that result is final and cannot be disputed. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the user's screen and the server records, the jomkiss server records shall be deemed final and shall override any other display.

Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, server failure, or connection issue during a gaming session, jomkiss will endeavour to restore the session or return the balance to its pre-disruption state based on available system records. jomkiss is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection issues on the user's end.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the jomkiss platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to exploit the gaming system.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or software bugs for personal gain.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using your jomkiss account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Spreading false or misleading information about jomkiss on public platforms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the jomkiss support team.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jomkiss platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, software code, games, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of jomkiss or our licensed partners.

9 jomkiss Liability Limits

Jomkiss provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely at all times, we make no guarantee that it will always be free from errors, disruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jomkiss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated profits or income.
• Loss of data or information.
• Losses due to service disruptions beyond jomkiss's control.
• Actions or omissions by third parties in connection with the platform.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

Jomkiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so, including violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, or illegal activity.

Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the jomkiss support team via live chat. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any valid balance will be returned to the user in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to take a temporary or permanent break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming feature on the platform. During an active exclusion period, users are not permitted to register a new account with jomkiss.

11 Amendment of Terms and Conditions
